First Lady of Utah's Conference and the Blaze Game

Josh was chosen to be one of five doctors on a panel of doctors to discuss current health issues and answer questions at the First Lady of Utah's health and Family conference. I am so proud of all he has achieved in such a short time since graduating. He is such a hard worker and sure makes us proud. Keep up the good work honey. We sure do love you.

 After the Conference we went and watched the Blaze arena football game. We had lots of fun and sure enjoyed watching Josh's good friend Aaron Lesue score tons of touchdowns!!

 Addi's favorite part of the game was definitely the popcorn. She would not put it down and had to hold it. If you tried to take it away from her, she would throw a fit! She is starting to get quite the attitude. We sure love her though and I can not believe she is going to be ONE in less than two weeks!

Bailey was sick, so she stayed at home with Mimi.  Thanks Mimi for taking good care of her while we were gone.  I am sure she loved every minute of getting all of her Mimi's complete attention.

Sick Kiddos

We have had a sick daddy and sick kiddos for almost a week.  It has been no fun.  I feel like I have a new born again, because between Bailey and Addi I have pretty much been up every hour.  Good thing they are so fun to snuggle with when they are sick, because that is pretty much the only good thing about sick kids.  I just keep hoping and and praying that J.J. and I don't get sick.  So far we have been fine. Hopefully everyone gets feeling better soon.

Warm weather

We have been LOVING this warm weather.  The kids beg everyday to go to the park.  It is so nice to be able to get out of the house and enjoy some fresh air, and happy kids!  Addi is also loving the park these days.  She thinks she is a big kid, and tries to climb on everything.

 She fell asleep on our run for the day.  How would it be to be able to just sit in the stroller and get pushed around, while eating snacks, and playing with baby dolls?!!  Oh the life of a child.

Golfing

We had a perfect Saturday.  I started the day off getting my workout done.  A nice long 14 mile run.  We then dropped the kiddos off at my mom's house and Josh and I went to the temple.  I love going to the temple.  All the worries of life and the world do not mean a thing the minute you step foot inside.  It is so nice to relax, feel the spirit, and not have to think about anything going on in life.  We then stopped at one of our favorite, Cafe Rio for lunch.  Not that we don't love our kids, but it is nice to enjoy a peaceful lunch with just the hubby every once in a while.  It was a great morning.  

 We then picked the kiddos up and went golfing as a family.  We originally just planned on hitting balls, but when we were done J.J. kept begging to go golfing.  So we loaded all of us up on a cart and golfed nine holes.  Or maybe I should say Josh golfed nine, while I watched the kids jump in and out of the cart, hit balls, throw rocks in the pond, and have the time of their lives.  Addi even enjoyed herself.  I sure love my family and my kids.  They are my life, and I do not know what I would do without them.

Pizza Pie Cafe

We went to the Pizza Pie Cafe for a field trip for preschool.  It was so much fun, and the kids absolutely loved it!  They let each child make their own pizza, watch it cook, watch how they cut it, and then of course dive in and eat it!!  J.J. was so excited to make his pizza!  Bailey on the other hand, was scared to death!  I guess she wasn't to sure about the chef's!!

They even let my mom and I make our own large pizza!!  Seriously, they were so nice and we really had fun.  We will definitely be going back there to eat.  I wasn't able to get a picture of J.J. and his girlfriend Riley!!  Oh man, we are in trouble.  This boy is going to be just like his daddy.  He was chasing this cute girl around playing with her, hugging her.  It was so cute to see my little mans first little crush.  I just want to freeze time and not let him grow up anymore.

The Hogle Zoo

We took a trip a trip up to the zoo with the girls in my family and all our little ones!  It sure was fun, and a little crazy at times with all the little kids we have now!  The kids loved all the animals and the weather was perfect.  It was a little overcast, but just warm enough that it was the perfect day to go.  Loving the Elephants.

 They loved the carousel.  J.J. was a little timid as always, so I had to ride with him.

I think one of their most favorite things about the zoo is getting a wagon!  They love to ride around in it, get pulled, and even pull each other in it.  I love these little goofballs and what good little friends they are.

 She was loving sticking her head out and letting the wind blow on her.  Such a sweet little thing she is.

We had a great time at the zoo and can not wait to go again!

Playing in the sprinklers

We love that it has been so warm outside!  J.J. spotted some sprinklers that were on outside, so of course we had to put on our swimsuits and go play in them.  I absolutely love summer.  I am so excited to be able to start playing outside, going on walks, going camping, and of course going to Seven Peaks as much as we can!

Sleep Over

Daddy went out of town for the weekend, so we decided to spend the night at Mimi and Papa's house one night for some company and fun!  We put the kids in the bath because they wanted to get in a "bubble bath"!  They love Mimi and Papa's big tub with jets.  Seeing them in the tub like this completely brings back memories of when I was a child and we use to get in my Grandma Wilson's tub with all the cousins!  We use to love it, so I can completely understand why they always beg to get in Mimi's tub!

 All three of us slept in bed together, and Addi slept in her own room in the crib!  Although I did not get the best nights sleep, it is fun to have nights like this to sleep with your kids.  I love snuggling with them while they are fast asleep!  I love pictures of my kids while they are sleeping.  Probably because they look so peaceful and like little angels!!

 We had a family get together on Sunday to celebrate my dad and brothers birthdays.  We had some delicious food, good company and lots of food.  The only person we were missing was Daddy:(
