Friends

We had a little play date at our house today, and they all had to play with their babies and strollers.  J.J. said "Mom, take a picture of us with our babies".  Ha Ha, I love these kids.  After that I had to take a picture of just the babies in the stroller.  Kids are just too funny!
She of course wanted to play with a baby too!
I love this picture of her.  Her Eye look stunning.  I love my baby girl.

We went to dinner as a family and J.J. had to go to the bathroom super bad.  I was putting the girls in the car, and Josh was over at another car and spotted J.J. peeing on the tire! Ha, I love this kid and how he keeps us laughing.  I wonder where he learned this from?!

Daddy's Work

We went to meet Daddy at his work so we could go to dinner before he left to go out of town.  He was still seeing patients, so we patiently waited for him!!  The kids get excited to go to Dad's office, even if they don't do much there!  Here they are playing and waiting for Dad!
Cute little kiddos.  I love them more than words can express.  I also Love my husband more than words can express and am so thankful for his hard work to support our family.  I love you josh.

Bedtime/Mornings!

Some of my favorite moments with my kiddos come when we are getting ready for bed, and also when we wake up in the morning.  I love reading stories with my kids each night and singing songs.  I think they love it too!! I love how each night even after we have brushed teeth, read our scriptures, said our prayers, read books and sang songs, that I still have to sing more songs to my little J.J.  He is such a sweet boy, who loves me to put him to bed.  Sometimes I get very frustrated with this because the few times that Josh is home to help me with the nightly routine J.J. still usually begs for me to put him to bed. Therefore, I usually end up putting them all to bed anyways, then I am humbled and remember that they are only young once.  And before I know it I will be begging to sing to him, and he won't want  me to anymore.  So for know, I am going to enjoy everyone song I get to sing to my little kiddos, and every story I get to read to them.  I love you J.J., Bailey, and Addi.  Thank you for choosing me to be your Mommy.

I often times hear the girls in the monitor playing and giggling.  Bailey is usually playing peek-a-boo, or tickling Addi!  Then after they have stopped talking and playing I go in there and find this.  I think it is so cute and so priceless that they just fall asleep together.  I always move Bailey into her own bed, but I do love that they love the company of each other.  I know how much I loved my sister, and loved always having a good friend, so I am so glad that these two have each other.  Know hopefully I can provide the same for J.J.!!

And I love waking up to these cutie pies!  Well, most of the time that is!!  Unless, they decide to wake up way before they should!  Even if it is a little hard for Bailey to wake up some mornings! Atleast she likes the green smoothie I make for her.

Bailey Boo Boo

I love all the funny ways little kids sleep!  Little Miss Bailey Boo Boo taking after her momma and sleeping any where she can!
It is exhausting being a toddler and having your headphones on, watching your favorite movies, and driving in the car!
 Wiped out.

Library

We have been going to the Springville Library for reading time and music time lately.  The kids love it, and it is a nice fun activity to get us out of the house.  I can't believe how many parents and kids actually go to these.  This library is full every time we go to reading time and music time.  It is amazing.

Music time- Singing.

The Springville Library is so nice. It is all new, clean, and has some really cool stuff for the kids.  They love the activities, the train table, the computers to play games on, and of course picking out books and movies every time we go.  Even Addi enjoys it!  Atleast she enjoys making messes and pulling out all the books!
One of the highlights of visiting the library is of course playing in the water outside right before we leave!  What kid doesn't like to splash and play in water?!

Enjoying the chair at the library.
Music time with some pom poms!
Can't leave without playing in the water!

Bearing Testimony

My handsome boys.
I am so proud of this little man.  It was fast and testimony today and he leaned over to his dad and asked if he could go up!  Of course Josh said yes, and thought he was going to have to go with him to help.  We have never really taught J.J. how to bear his testimony, or even asked if he wanted to go up, so when he asked us we were a little surprised.  After waiting a few minutes he told us that he didn't want us to go up with him to help.  He wanted to go all by himself.  Oh man, I was so nervous.  I didn't want my little guy to get up there and get too nervous to say anything (because that is definitely something that would happen to me)!  So, as soon as it was time he darted up to the stage as fast as his little legs could get him up there!  When he got up on the stage their were already quite a few people up there waiting so he went and sat on the second row and patiently waited his turn.  As he is being a reverent little man patiently waiting his turn, I am having a little panic attack in my chair.  I am wondering how is he going to know when its his turn?  How is he going to know what to say?  What if he needs help and we are not up there?  And a million other thoughts that are going through my mind.  It is finally his turn and he walks up to the microphone like he knows exactly what to do!  Then his little testimony goes a little something like this, "Dear Heavenly father, I love my mom and dad.  I love the Book of Mormon and I know its true.  I love Jesus, and I love Jesus Christ.  In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."  I was so proud of him.  Although, we do need to teach him he is not saying a prayer up there, he was so brave and has such a big testimony for such a little boy.  He always wants to say prayers in church, he LOVES primary and always has to sit on the front row on the end chair so he is directly in the front and center so he can see everything.  He always is telling us that he is a missionary and wants to go teach like his daddy does.  He truly teaches me so much for being such a little boy.  His pure innocence and love for Jesus and the scriptures touches my heart.  I am so blessed to have such a sweet spirit in my home that reminds me everyday how blessed I am.  I love you J.J. for the sweet little boy you are and the pure Love and enthusiasm you already have for the scriptures.  You really are exactly like your daddy, and trust me that is a very good thing.  Love you.

Easter in Blanding- Day 2

We started the day off at the Blanding City Easter egg hunt!  It was a little cold and windy, but the kids were so excited to get some easter eggs!

My handsome man with our cute little munchkins!  I Love my family
Little Addi's first Easter egg hunt!
All the kiddos.  Addi, Bailey, J.J., and Thunder.
 Racing to get the eggs!

 Mommy and her little ones.
That afternoon we took the kids to the park and had a picnic, played at the play ground, and enjoyed the nice weather and company.  We had a second Easter egg hunt just for our little ones.  Granny spoiled the kids by bring TONS and I mean TONS of eggs.  There were so many eggs that they didn't even fit in the easter baskets!!  The kids LOVED it.  So did the adults because the candy was really good!
Addi getting in on the action and finding some eggs!
 Look at all those eggs!
Now that is a happy little girl!
That night after a nice nap and a nice bath we colored eggs.  It is so fun to have the kids a little older were they really enjoy all the holiday festivities.  It was a great day.
 Two little buddies.
On easter, we went to church, had a wonderful Easter dinner, and attended the blessing of Baby Thunder that was very spiritual, then headed home!  We had a great little vacation and enjoyed every minute of being together as a family.
