Twenty Fourth of July

We look forward to the fourth of July every year. This year we took the kids to the carnival and the absolutely loved it! (Unlike last year, J.J. just cried!) They were begging to ride more and more. I love that they have cousins their age to enjoy all the festivities with. We also walked to the booths, and up main street to the shops. We had a ton of fun and got some fun stuff.

Notice all of the kids have their arms in the air. They think they are so big and brave!

We also went to the parade. The kids were quite bummed out that nobody was throwing candy this year. Thank goodness Mimi and papa had heard that they would not be throwing out candy and brought some of their own to throw to the kids. It was so fun to see the kids really enjoy the parade and get excited.

That afternoon we let the kids play in the pool and had a barbecue. Then ended the night going to the rodeo. To bad the weather was not the greatest. We spent about fourty five minutes sitting inside waiting for the rain to pass because the little baby could not be in the cold. Thank goodness for Brandon and Heidi for coming and saving Addi so that I could enjoy the rest of the rodeo. We had a great day.
