Thanksgiving Point Lights

We went to Thanksgiving point and saw the Christmas lights.  It was freezing cold, but we still enjoyed our ride!  All bundled up!

Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we went over to Josh's family's house in the morning to visit family, then went to Grandma and Grandpa Wilson's house for Thanksgiving dinner.  We had a delicious meal as always and ate way too much.  This was Rylee's first Thanksgiving and she ate way more real food than she has ever had!  She LOVED the potatoes, stuffing, rolls, and turkey!

 Ry Ry loving Daddy.

Addi getting ready to eat!  She already has her pants unbuttoned!  Silly girl.
 Visiting cousins.  Such cute girls.
Poor Rylee was exhausted and couldn't get in a full nap.  I kept having to wake her up to go to the next place!  I always feel horrible waking babies up, but especially bad when you go in there and talk to them and rub their back and they still don't even budge!!  She just wanted to be left alone and continue sleeping.  Sweet baby girl.

We had a great day, and I even snuck off later that evening while everyone was playing the Wii and got some black friday shopping done!  I truly love the holidays and spending time with my family and making new memories.

These three kids have started begging to sleep together.  I kept saying no because I thought there would be no way they would go to sleep and not play.  They actually have been pretty good about going to bed!  I love to see them all sound asleep together.  My sleeping angels!
I came out of my room from sleeping to go get Rylee out of her crib and I am am talking to these cuties I realize something is a little off, but I didn't put my finger on it right away.  Then I realized they had already got baby Rylee out of the crib for me and brought her all the way downstairs!  I guess there is a first time for everything.  Bailey got in the crib and handed Rylee out to J.J.  I guess there is a first time for everything.  Poor Rylee, she is going to be one lucky girl to survive her childhood with three older siblings that think she is some sort of rag doll to just tote around everywhere!  They all do look really proud and happy though!

Writing letters to Santa

Focusing so hard to try and write a letter to Santa.

This is the first year that he has been able to write everything on his own, with a little spelling help from mom and dad.  Such a handsome and smart boy he is.
The girls insisted that Daddy help draw a picture for them and help write what they wanted so Santa would know.  I am glad Josh has some drawing skills because I surely don't!

 The finished product.
 So proud of his list.
Oh ya, Addi at her best!  This girl has the best lips.  I just want to kiss them constantly!

J.J. put the letters in an envelope for Chippy to take to the north pole.  Along with some money!  Guess he thought Chippy needed some extra money!  What a thoughtful boy.
Some of the fun things Chippy did this year:

Notre Dame Vs BYU Football Game

We had the chance to go with the BYU Cougar Club to Chicago, Illinois and to go see BYU play Notre Dame.  It was such a fun trip.  We went in a chartered airplane by BYU and had a blast.  As you can tell Josh and I enjoyed our time together!  We very rarely have pictures together anymore so it was fun to get to be alone without the kids and enjoy ourselves.  (Although, we did miss our kids a ton.)

Just waiting for our plane to arrive and board.
Boarding the plane.
Johnny, Glenna, and I got to set together.
Josh had to sit all by himself!
Our first taxi ride in Chicago!
We were able to go down on the Floor at the Chicago Stock Exchange.  I didn't understand anything, but it was pretty cool.

We also went to the Museum of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.  It was actually a really cool and fun museum.  Very interactive.

On our way to Sears Tower or now it is known as Willis Tower.
It was pretty amazing to be able to look down and see the entire city.

We couldn't pass up a picture with these props!
 Mmmm… yummy!
Chicago Deep Dish pizza.  It was huge and we couldn't even finish our entire slice.

We went to Wicked and it was awesome.  We really enjoyed it.

On our way to the game.  We were exhausted after trying to fit everything in in such a short time.
Our nachos!  We had never seen anything like them!

It was FREEZING!!  It was the coldest game in history.  Good thing we packed our snow clothes and snow boots because we were still freezing cold with all of our layers on!
